Peel and finely grate the sweet potato until required measurement. Follow the similar process with the carrots as well. Peel the oranges and divide the segments accordingly. Clean and finely chop the coriander leaves. Lastly, cut the cucumber into small cubes. Place all the ingredients in a mixer, add in a cup of water and blend!
