Magazine subscriptions are shipped to you by courier or post. The delivery of your first issue will be the following month after you make the payment. If you have not received your first issue within the estimated time period, please contact our Customer Care on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Wrong Address and Returns
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before ordering. Returned magazines will receive an email notifying subscriber of the return and held for three weeks of return date. After which magazine will be considered forfeit at no chargeback of the company. To reship returned magazine a postal fee may be applied.
Issues shipped to the wrong address by customers failure to provide a correct mailing address are considered not-at-fault and be denied. We do not issue partial refunds or refunds based on opinions.
