I have been working out and following K11 workout patterns for almost a year and a half now. My only concern is that why am I not able to squat heavy? The maximum poundage till date is 12.5 kg plates. I tend to bend forward even when I lift 12.5 kgs plates. Why does this happen.
I come in the obese category and have never lifted weights. I hear that lifting weights will burn my fat faster. Are there any precautions to be taken before starting lifting weights? I am 40 years old.
I am 40+ female and I have been working out for over 3 years now. My new trainer often skips giving me post workout stretches, saying that my body is very flexible; I donâ€™t need to stretch. Whatâ€™s your advice on this?
