Carbohydrates increase your weight

For all those who are blinded by the myth of carbohydrates being the culprit of their weight gain, here is a reality check. Skipping carbohydrates from your diet may not necessarily give you the desired results in weight loss, but consuming a complete balanced diet will. Our body requires protein, fats, carbohydrates, nutrients and vitamins in the right proportion. Carbohydrates are doubtless an essential part of our diet, and they keep us energized.
