Grape is a clustered fruit that belongs to the berry family. Grapes are known to be rich in antioxidants and are packed with Vitamin C and Vitamin K which is beneficial for the human body. Grape is more affective when consumed plainly as a fruit. But it is also used for making several other foods like wine, grape extract, grape seed oil, vinegar etc.

    Benefits of grapes:
  • Improves Bone Health: Grapes contain nutrients like calcium, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, manganese and vitamin K which are essential in improving bone health. Thus, they help in increasing bone density and make the bones stronger.
  • Prevents Constipation: Grapes contain water and fiber. Water keeps the body hydrated and the fiber helps in the digestion. Hence, it avoids the risk of constipation.
