Krunch Today witnessed an evening packed with health and fitness held at the Social, Todi Mills, Mumbai by Gautam Kapur, a certified Nutraceutical Expert and Health & Fitness Influencer. The show was hosted by Imam Siddique and was graced with the presence of health & fitness professionals like Sensei Pervez Mistry, G Ramachandran, Shweta Shetty and Mickey Mehta.

‘Be conscious’ is a wellness brand initiated by Gautam Kapur which utilizes natural formulae to cure holistically multiple health problems. ‘Be conscious’ products provide cure to health issues faced by the urbanized masses.

The primary purpose of this event was networking with fitness stores, retailers, brands, trainers, athletes and all the top fitness enthusiasts to promote ‘Be conscious’ foods which are made by using natural resources and are rich in all the good elements and nutrients required for the well-being of the human body.

Gautam Kapur and Glyston, the senior most chef at the Social at Todi Mills collaborated to curate a personalized menu keeping the health quotient in mind, complimented with ‘Be conscious’ products. The food was made healthy, and tasty, at the same time. Chef Vicky Ratnan and Nisha Jamwal were amongst the many celebrities who attended and enjoyed the event, all with a healthier perspective.
